What Is It?
Digital Design Campaigns support the creation and scheduling of digital signage displayed on screens at the Tech Bar inside the Student Union. This service is used to promote OIT initiatives, campus‑partner announcements, events, and technology‑related messaging through approved digital displays.
Requests include the design and posting of digital slides following OIT branding and accessibility standards. For printed materials such as flyers, pop‑signs, cards, or swag, please submit a request through the Print Collateral Campaigns service.
Please allow three business days for design and deployment once all required information is provided.

- OIT staff members
- Campus departments or organizations requesting digital signage on Tech Bar screens
How Much Does It Cost?
This service is free.
