What Is It?
OIT supports the planning, promotion, and execution of technology‑focused events for students, faculty, and staff. This includes training sessions, outreach events, vendor‑partner programs, and internal OIT events.

To allow adequate time for planning and marketing, please submit requests at least six weeks prior to the event date. Allow four business days for our team to process the request.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty, staff or student organizations that need assistance with:
- Event planning or coordination
- Promotion (email, social media, digital signage)
- Tabling or in‑person outreach support
- Vendor or partner event collaboration
- Swag, signage, or print collateral tied to an event
