Where Can I Get It?
To request an installation, please complete the Audiovisual Installation Request Form. To report equipment that is not working, please complete the Audiovisual Repair Request Form. A department representative will contact you as soon as possible.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no labor charge for installations or repairs performed by the Installation Team. Our Audio-Visual Engineer oversees and quality checks all installations to ensure all requested system functionality is in place.
Our team uses the UT eProcurement system to obtain quotes from vendors with negotiated rates on equipment. This provides our clients with substantial savings over list price.
If the project is outsourced (due to quick turnaround, large scope, etc.), the client is responsible for charges incurred.
