Where Can I Get It?

To request an installation, please complete the Audiovisual Installation Request Form. To report equipment that is not working, please complete the Audiovisual Repair Request Form. A department representative will contact you as soon as possible.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no charge for labor for installations or repairs performed in-house. If the installation is outsourced (due to quick turnaround, large scope, etc.), the customer is responsible for labor charges. The Installation Team will handle all aspects of purchasing. Our team has access to UT System negotiated rates on equipment. This provides our customers substantial savings over list price. Our Audiovisual Engineer oversees/quality checks all installations, and provides training for the customer to insure all requested capabilities are in place and functioning properly.
