Course Overload Payment
This form is to report and request course payment to (1) faculty teaching over the normal course workload or from a pre-approved documented course release and (2) staff members teaching a course in a given semester. Teaching overloads are paid out in the subsequent semester after they are earned.
Bass Comet Card Request
