What Is It?

IO2 MooseFS and Weka two high-performance storage systems that store data actively used for computations running on Juno, Ganymede 2 and Ganymede HPC systems.

IO2 MooseFS serves the home (~), ~/work, and research group directories on Juno and Ganymede 2.

Weka serves the ~/scratch directory on Juno, Ganymede 2, and Ganymede.

If you have an HPC system account, you can request new storage allocations or increase in previous allocation from here.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

There is no separate eligibility for HPC storage. It is automatically provisioned as part of an HPC systems account.

Where Can I Get It?

Your Juno, Ganymede 2, and Ganymede HPC system accounts are automatically granted access to HPC storage.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no charge for using HPC storage.
