What Is It?

The Bass Event Reservation Request allows users to book classrooms, lecture halls, and performance spaces for events, workshops and rehearsals.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Primarily Bass School faculty and staff. Current students, university affiliates, and outside organizations may request rentals, though availability is limited during peak academic periods.

Requests are submitted through this form to the Bass Events Team.

How Much Does It Cost?

Rates vary by space and event type; discounted rates are available for students, and additional fees apply for staff, equipment, and services.
