JSOM CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a dedicated service provided by the Jindal School of Management to facilitate the management of customer interactions and relationships. Through this system, users can submit tickets to request Salesforce CRM services for various purposes, such as creating email campaigns & marketing communications for prospective students, and more.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

  • You have an event that needs an RSVP form and confirmation email.
  • You want to create an email campaign targeting prospective students.
  • You want an excel report for any prior CRM request, or need a student data report.

Q: How can I get access to Salesforce?
A: Please email jsomcrm@utdallas.edu with your full name and NET ID, as well as someone who has used Salesforce with an equivalent job-role's full name and NET ID.
