Common Questions

  • What do I need to provide the Social Media Specialist with at the time of submission?
    • Please provide who you would like the team to tag, what day you like to request the post to go live, and any hashtags you would like to use. If you have your page, would you like the Jindal School to collaborate with you or tag you?
  • How soon does the Social Media Specialist need to know about my event?
    • 3 days before the date of the event for coverage.
  • When will my post be live on the Jindal School channel?
    • It is important to remember that not every request can be approved. If your request is denied, you will be informed through the Atlas portal. The current content calendar determines the posting schedule. Requesters can expect 1 week turn around for posting.
