UTD Desktop and Mobile devices that users believe are infected with malware or viruses should be reported for follow up by Information Security Office or Desktop Support staff.
For personal devices, you may use a service such as HouseCall from Trend Micro. UTD doesn't provide recommendations for personal devices and encourages doing your due diligence before using any external service. Services such as HouseCall should not be used on UTD devices. Please contact the OIT Service Desk or your Desktop Support staff for assistance with UTD devices.
