Request a Static IP Address

Submitting a Request

  • Navigate to the IP Address Reservation service page.
  • Select the Request New Static Reservation service offering.
  • Please include the name of the machine, its location, and the MAC address(es) of the network adapter(s).
Note: If the MAC address is unknown, include as much detail about the device as possible.
  • Provide the type of machine (physical, virtual, etc).
  • Click Submit.
