Microsoft requires the user's approval to utilize DUO Multifactor Authentication before allowing identity verification attempts.
1) Enter your UTD credentials to initiate the "Verify your identity" screen.
2) Select the light gray button "Approve with UTDallas - DUO MFA" option to proceed with the login.
3) Approve the Duo Push as normal to complete the authentication process.
Note: This will ONLY occur when accessing Microsoft applications such as Teams, Outlook, etc.
This prompt will NOT appear when accessing non-Microsoft products, like Adobe.
Some users may experience a slight delay when authenticating. If you experience this please close out the application you are attempting to access and retry.
