How to Access CometAI

This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to securely log in & log out to the CometAI platform using your UT Dallas NetID and password.

Access CometAI

• Go to the CometAI platform's welcome page on your preferred web browser.
  • You will see the initial loading screen.

• Click the Login to CometAI button located in the center of the page.
• Enter your UTD credentials.
  • You will be redirected to the official University of Texas at Dallas Single Sign-On (SSO) page. 
• Click the green Login button to authenticate with Duo.

• As an enhanced security measure, the system will prompt you to verify your identity using Duo. A push notification will be automatically sent to the primary device you have registered with Duo Mobile.
• To continue, check your registered device (typically a smartphone) and Approve the Duo login request.

CometAI Homepage

Once your identity is successfully verified through Duo, you will be automatically redirected to the CometAI platform's main homepage. You are now logged in and can begin using the system to start new conversations, review your history, and utilize the available Small and Language Models, RAG Assistants, Prompt Templates, etc.

Logout CometAI

To log out of the platform, click on the    icon at the bottom left of the screen.
