Export CometAI Chats & Conversations

Export Options

  • Select your Export option to continue:
    • Format: Select Word or PowerPoint (PowerPoint is under testing and maintenance) as your desired output format. This guide focuses on the Word export.
    • Template: When exporting to PowerPoint, this option allows you to select a pre-designed template. For now, please keep it as “none”.
    • Include Conversation Name: Choose Yes to add the conversation's title (as seen in the left-hand panel) to the top of your document.
    • Include: This powerful option lets you decide which parts of the chat to export: Assistant Messages only, User Messages (your prompts) only, or Both.
    • Header Options (Conversation, Message, User, Assistant): These fields allow you to use Markdown (e.g., for a main heading, ## for a subheading) to automatically structure your document. For example, using # in the Conversation Header field will make the conversation title a top-level heading in the Word document. You can similarly set headers for every message, or apply different headers for user and assistant messages, to create a highly organized transcript.
