CometAI makes it easy to contact the support team from within the platform. The Send Feedback option opens your default email client and pre-addresses a message to the CometAI support team (Here at UTD – OIT), streamlining the process for submitting suggestions, reporting issues, or asking for help.
- Log in to your CometAI account.
- On the left sidebar, click the Gear icon to open the "Settings menu".
- Select Send Feedback in the drop-down menu.
- A new message will automatically open in your selected email application.
Note: The first time you use this option you may be prompted to select your default email application.

Important: We appreciate receiving feedback form your UTD email, as this helps us verify your identity more than personal email accounts.
- Be specific about what you were doing when you encountered an issue.
- Include screenshots or error messages if applicable.
- Suggest improvements if something is unclear or difficult to use.
