How to Report CometAI Issues or Send Feedback

CometAI makes it easy to contact the support team from within the platform. The Send Feedback option opens your default email client and pre-addresses a message to the CometAI support team (Here at UTD – OIT), streamlining the process for submitting suggestions, reporting issues, or asking for help.

  • Log in to your CometAI account.
  • On the left sidebar, click the Gear icon to open the "Settings menu".
  • Select Send Feedback in the drop-down menu.
    • A new message will automatically open in your selected email application.
Note: The first time you use this option you may be prompted to select your default email application.

Important: We appreciate receiving feedback form your UTD email, as this helps us verify your identity more than personal email accounts.

 

Tips for Providing Useful Feedback

  • Be specific about what you were doing when you encountered an issue.
  • Include screenshots or error messages if applicable.
  • Suggest improvements if something is unclear or difficult to use.
