Graduate Application Portal Login Issues

Purpose

This article details troubleshooting steps that may be taken when encountering issues logging into the UTD Graduate Application Portal.

Note: The Graduate Application Portal does not utilize UTD SSO. Credentials will be different than other UTD logins.

Troubleshooting

If encountering errors logging into the portal, try the following steps:

  1. Access the Graduate Application Portal in an incognito or private window.
  2. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies.

If you cannot log in after those steps, please contact gradapp@utdallas.edu for further assistance. The support staff will respond as soon as possible.

Specific Errors

If you receive the error "Your access is disabled. Contact your site administrator." (pictured below), your account has been dormant for 12 months. Please contact gradapp@utdallas.edu for further assistance.
