Graduate Application Portal Login Issues

Troubleshoot

Note: The Graduate Application Portal does not utilize UTD SSO. Credentials will be different than other UTD logins.

Try the following if you're encountering errors logging into the UTD Graduate Application Portal:

  1. Access the Graduate Application Portal in an Incognito or Private window.
  2. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. Clear browser cache and cookies.

Password Reset Issues

Some users have reported not receiving emails from gradapp@utdallas.edu after trying to reset their password.  This issue is typically due to the email service's spam filter.  Try checking your spam folders to ensure you are not missing any emails.  Note that the email to reset password is separate from other UTD Graduate Application emails, so it is possible for the spam folder only catch the password reset emails.

Specific Errors

If you receive the error "Your access is disabled. Contact your site administrator." (pictured below), your account has been Dormant for 12 months. Please contact gradapp@utdallas.edu for further assistance.
