Setup Your Microsoft 365 Email on Samsung Devices (Mail App)

Purpose

The instructions below will help you add your Microsoft 365 email to your Samsung device using the Mail App.

Procedure 

• Open Settings on your phone.
• Select Accounts and backup.
• Go to Manage Accounts > + Add Account.
• Select Email.
• Choose Microsoft 365 as the type of email you want to set up.

• Enter your UTD email (NetID@utdallas.edu) and select Next.

• Enter your NetID password and select Sign in.

• Authenticate with Duo using your preferred method.
  • Select Approve on Duo App.

• Select Accept on permissions requested on the Microsoft window.

• Select Agree to the Privacy Policy.

• Select Allow or Deny for phone calls, contacts, and calendar.

• Review and update the sync information as you prefer, and then select Done.

• Select Activate.
