How to Download a Microsoft Teams Recording

Note: Only the meeting organizer can download the meeting recording.   
  • Open Microsoft Teams.
  • Open the chat or channel where the video has been recorded:
    • Click on the More options icon (...) to open the drop-down.
    • Click Open in Stream which directs you to Microsoft Stream on website.

  • Click on the More options icon (...) which are right next to "Copy to":
    • Select Download, and the recording will download as an MP4 file.
