The OIT Computer labs offer poster printing to all UTD students currently enrolled in classes. If you would like to print a sign or poster for your campus event or just to decorate your apartment, we can help you. You design the poster and we will print it for you!
Before submitting a poster request, make sure to check your file for any typos or errors. If you ask for a reprint because of a mistake in your design, we will consider it a new request and you will need to pay the full amount.
Payment
We can only accept payment through Comet Cash. We cannot charge to cost center or accept direct credit card transactions. Please follow this link for instructions on how to add money to your comet cash account before coming to pick up your poster: https://cometcard.utdallas.edu/getcard/comet-cash/
Price Chart
See chart for standard sizes and pricing. Please allow 5 business days to complete large format poster printing. Poster printing is available on weekdays, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Note on Rush Orders: Rush orders are processed during Business Days from 8 am to 5 pm.
For instance, if you place a Rush Order at 6 pm on a Monday and request the poster by Wednesday, it will be treated as a 1-day rush order because work will begin the next Business Day at 8 am.
