When attempting to create an IMLeagues account with your UTD account, the system may fail to correctly auto-populate the necessary information, preventing you from completing the account setup.
Explanation
This issue occurs because your FERPA settings in Galaxy/Orion are fully or partially restricted. These restrictions prevent IMLeagues from accessing the necessary information to create your account. To resolve this, you must update your FERPA settings in Galaxy/Orion. For more information about FERPA please refer to this article.
