Not Receiving Emails From Certain Senders

Explanation

If you are not receiving emails from a third party sender, please verify that they have the correct email address. If the message is being directed to the correct address and is not being received, or if the message is being routed to the spam/junk folders, please contact the OIT Service Desk with the following information:

  • Sender Email Address
  • Recipient Email Address
  • Exact Time of Attempted Delivery or Email Message ID
OIT will attempt to trace the message and determine why it is failing to reach the destination inbox.
