Adobe Creative Cloud for UTD Mac Computers

Context

On UTD owned hardware, the Shared Device License (SDL) version of Adobe should always be used. With the SDL is installed, you DO NOT need to be individually licensed for Adobe Creative Cloud, which is only required for use on personal computers.

Details

To obtain the Adobe SDL package for Mac, use Self Service:

  1. Click Spotlight (the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of their screen)
  2. Type "Self Service" and hit “Enter" to launch Self Service
  3.  Click Install on "Adobe Acrobat SDL"
  4. The installation takes about 5 minutes to install Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud
  5. Installing this package will allow you to then self-service install specific Creative Cloud applications through Adobe Creative Cloud
