Submitting a Modification on Cayuse

Go to the "Studies" tab to select the study you would like to modify. The study must have first been approved.

 

Click the "New Submission" button then" Modification" on the dropdown.

 

Click "Edit" to begin making changes.

After making edits to your initial submission, click on the "Complete Submission" button at the bottom and confirm your submission in the pop-up alert.

Click on "Certify" to complete the modification process.
