Access Requests
If you are in need of access to OnBase Services, please follow the steps below to submit your request and receive access as quickly as possible.
- Navigate to PEARL.
- Under Access Requests (Existing Users), click on "New Orion/Gemini Access Request".

- Look up the user whose access you are requesting in the "Select User" section and click "Next".
- In the "Select Access" section, check the "No Orion or Gemini Access to Add" to expand a list.
- Check the "Onbase Access".
- Click Next to continue to the next section.
- Answer the next set of questions as needed, include Business Justification and Extra Instructions, click "Next" to move to the final page.
- Review the selections and answers, then click Submit to complete the Access Request.
General Support
If you are experiencing any kind of issue when using the OnBase service, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and receive OnBase Support.
- First, verify the computer has Internet access.
- If it does and you are still encountering issues using OnBase, please do the following:
- Navigate to the OnBase service.
- Select the General Request/Help service offering.
- Include a description of the issue(s) and any error(s) you receive.
- Include a screenshot of the issue(s) if possible.
- Click Submit.
