OnBase Technical Problems

Purpose

This article defines the procedure for troubleshooting and contacting support regarding issues with OnBase. These may be login, access, or other technical problems.

Procedure

First, verify the computer has internet access. If it does and you are still encountering issues using OnBase, please do the following:

  1. Navigate to the OnBase service.
  2. Select the General Request/Help service offering.
  3. Include a description of the issue(s) and any error(s) you receive.
  4. Include a screenshot of the issue(s) if possible.
  5. Click Submit.
