OnBase Technical Problems

Procedure

The below defines the procedure for troubleshooting and contacting support regarding OnBase issues. These may be login, access, or other technical problems.

  • First, verify the computer has Internet access.
  • If it does and you are still encountering issues using OnBase, please do the following:
    • Navigate to the OnBase service.
    • Select the General Request/Help service offering.
    • Include a description of the issue(s) and any error(s) you receive.
    • Include a screenshot of the issue(s) if possible.
    • Click Submit.
