Objective
This article walks users through the steps needed to synchronize and adjust time zones in Outlook and Desktop.
Steps
Adjusting in Outlook
- Open the Outlook application and click on the Gear icon in the top right corner.

- Select the Calendar button present on the left panel.

- You can now scroll down to the Time zone section.
- Using the drop-down present in the Time zone field, select your current time zone from the list.

Adjusting in Desktop
- Open Settings using the Windows search bar.
- Select the Time and Language icon from the list of settings.

- Using the Set time automatically option, you can now allow the system to set the time zone automatically based on your location.
- You can also set the time zone manually by using the drop-down present in the Time zone field, select your current time zone from the list.
