Activate Class Teams for Student Access

Summary

This article provides step-by-step instructions for educators on how to activate class teams once a course team has been created at the start of a semester.

Activate Access

  • Navigate to your Course Team.
  • The banner at the top of your Class Teams will show you how many students are waiting to join the class.
  • Select Activate > Activate (again) to confirm Team access to your students. 
    • See the different Class Team Management views below.

Pending Student List

Follow the below to review the list of students who have been added to your class but do not have access yet.

  • Navigate to a Class Team.
  • Select More options icon (...) > Manage team.

  • You'll see a list of students waiting to join underneath the "Members" tab.
