Bring your best self into every meeting with Speaker Coach, your own private, personalized meeting coach. Speaker Coach in Microsoft Teams uses AI to privately share guidance on your pace, use of inclusive language, pitch, repetitive words, and much more!

How to Use

  1. When in a Teams meeting, click on the 3 dots at the top labeled More.
  2. Click on the Language and speech option then Turn on Speaker Coach, and you will see a prompt telling you that it's active.

  1. During the meeting, while Speaker Coach is turned on, you will get small prompts telling you how you are doing, if you are using filler words, if you’re speaking too quickly, etc. All of these prompts are private- no need to worry about others in the meeting knowing you’re using too many filler words.
  2. At the end of the meeting, you will get a notification for your Speaker Coach report. This report will give you all the information you received during the meeting from Speaker Coach and more. This report is private to you and cannot be shared.
