Where Can I Get It?
JIRA can be accessed at https://jira.utdallas.edu. Log in with your NetID and password, and authenticate with Duo.
If you have never accessed the JIRA system before, or need access reinstated, you or your department must submit a an IT Resource Request for “Computer Access.” When filling out the request form, you must ensure the following checkboxes are ticked to be processed correctly: “JIRA” and “jira-all_users.”
