Where Can I Get It?
JIRA can be accessed at https://jira.utdallas.edu. Please login with your NetID and password. JIRA is protected by Duo. If you have never accessed the JIRA system before, or need access reinstated, you or your department must submit a “Computer Access” eCAT request. On Step 3 of the eCAT form, you must ensure the following checkboxes are ticked to be processed correctly: “JIRA” and “jira-all_users.”
