UT Dallas CourseBook is an advanced tool for obtaining information about classes at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).


eCAT (electronic Campus Access Tool) is a system used by departments for requesting access for users. It includes an approval workflow for all requests.


EzPay is a web application on which students can manage their tuition finances and view payments made to the university.

Graduate Application Portal

The Graduate Application Portal is designed for students applying to graduate-level programs at UT Dallas. It is supported by the Office of Admission and Enrollment.


Handshake is a robust career services platform powering many of the services provided by the University Career Center. It gives you access to appointment scheduling, recruiting events, resources, and job listings (including all on-campus student job postings).


IAMAPPS is a set of internal tools for managing and viewing directory and technical information on user accounts.


JIRA is a system used by multiple departments to report tasks and bugs at UT Dallas.


Qualtrics is a powerful, easy-to-use survey creation tool that UT Dallas has a site license for. Qualtrics is supported by Educational Technology Services.


The MyHousing portal (powered by StarRez) is University Housing’s one-stop-shop for everything regarding on campus housing.

Transcript Store

Former and Current students can place an order for an official transcript using the Transcript Store, which is available through Orion.

UTD Parking

The UTD Parking Portal (also called MyParking) allows you to purchase parking permits, pay fines, and appeal citations. It is managed by the UTD Parking Office.
