What Is It?
Please use this request to have the Outreach team manage the overall organization and logistics for an on-campus event hosted by an approved vendor. Include name of vendor and vendor's contact details. Provide details about the event, such as the date, location, and purpose. The outreach team will assist in promoting the event through various digital media efforts.
Note that requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This is open to OIT staff working with a vendor who would like to present or host an event on campus.
