The IT Professional Services includes consultation services not mentioned in other categories, such as constant improvement and innovation, digital accessibility, IT service delivery and support, and training and outreach.

Consulting and guidance on how to leverage vendor-based applications and technologies. We provide evaluations on select technology solutions, including those in the cloud.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation includes coordination of OIT resources, analysis of business processes, and OIT engagement strategy.

Negotiation, acquisition, and management of licenses for technology broadly used throughout the institution.

To manage project requests, the technical team at UTD has developed a well-defined portfolio management process with departments across campus.
