PEARL

What Is It?

PEARL (Portal for Enterprise Access Request Library) is a system used by departments for requesting access for users. It includes an approval workflow for all requests. Submitting an IT Resource Request using the 'Create/Update/Remove IT Resources' in PEARL, you can request a new resource, update existing resource or remove resource if no longer needed.

Note: These requests are meant to manage the resource itself, not manager members.
