Terminated or Transferred Employee Access Management

What Is It?

The UTD Employee Access Management (EAM) policy requires accounts and authorizations to be immediately modified when a user's employment role changes. Several users retain affiliations upon employment termination. Hence, processes are in place to automatically remove assignable enterprise roles, permissions, and authorizations.
