Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Power BI Pro is already provisioned for Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees - no action is needed. You can access Power BI Pro at office.com.
Power BI Free is available to students upon request. There is not currently a way for anyone to request a Power BI Pro license for a student. If you are a student and would like Power BI Free, please use this form to request access.
Power BI is not available to guest users.
