OIT can provide a mobile Teams system that can be setup in rooms that are currently not equipped to support a Teams meeting. The system is available throughout campus but is limited by availability and the accessibility of the meeting space. The system requires AC power and Ethernet. OIT personnel will deliver, setup and takedown the system but there will need to be adequate time in the room schedule to accommodate setup.
