Mobile Teams Conference System Guidelines

Context

OIT can provide a mobile Teams system that can be setup in rooms that are currently not equipped to support a Teams meeting. The system is available throughout campus but is limited by availability and the accessibility of the meeting space. The system requires AC power and Ethernet. OIT personnel will deliver, setup and take down the system but there will need to be adequate time in the room schedule to accommodate setup.

Guidelines

Mobile Teams cart requests should be sent by using the Microsoft Teams Voice Service and selecting Request Mobile Teams Conference System. All requests must have a start date and time, along with end date and time. The OIT TEI Desktop Support team will review the request.
