Clipchamp is a user-friendly video editor designed by Microsoft to make video creation accessible to everyone, regardless of prior editing experience. It allows users to combine videos, images, and audio files, add text and effects, and save the finished product to their computer.
Clipchamp also offers access to stock videos, music, sound effects, stickers, and other graphical elements.
Clipchamp offers free and paid options for Personal accounts, with premium features available under a subscription. Some premium features may be enabled for Microsoft 365 personal or family plan users. The work version is available through Microsoft 365 Enterprise or Business subscriptions and offers additional features under the Clipchamp Premium plan.
Clipchamp is available in two versions, Work/ School and Personal.
The Work version is managed by organizations and is built on OneDrive and SharePoint. It integrates with other Microsoft apps such as:
- Stream
- Teams
- Outlook
- Viva Engage
Only Faculty and Staff will have the access to ClipChamp.
