Purpose

This article provides instructions on how to access Microsoft Visio features.

Context

Microsoft Visio is not included in the university's Microsoft Office 365 license.

Students can access the downloadable version of Microsoft Visio (for Windows only) via Azure Dev Tools for Teaching
Departments can purchase licenses for faculty and staff for Microsoft Visio Online by submitting a software purchase request.

Note: Users with normal Office 365 have access to a limited online-only version of Microsoft Visio.
