Non-Traditional Students

Note: This does not apply to "Non-traditional Applicants", only Non-traditional Students.

The Non-traditional Student user type is used for summer camps and other campus events involving non-UTD users utilizing resources that require a NetID login, such as eLearning or Microsoft Office 365.

These accounts are generally for minors. The personal email address (for summer camp students) is set to the parent's email, which means the initial NetID email and password reset codes go to that email address. If the parent does not have access to the email we have on file, they need to contact pace@utdallas.edu (Programs for Minors) to change it.

Troubleshooting

  • When experiencing account issues, a first attempt to log in should be here.
    • The username will be NetID@utdallas.edu.
  • To reset a forgotten password or set a password for the first time, please visit the NetID Self-Service Portal.
  • For issues with eLearning, please get in touch with the eLearning Help Desk directly.
