Requesting and Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Personal Device)

Purpose

This article walks you through the process for installing Adobe Creative Cloud on your personal device. 

Note: If you are trying to use Creative Cloud on a UTD-owned device, please follow these instructions instead.

Adobe Creative Cloud and software are available only for staff, faculty, Graduate Teaching Assistants, and Research Assistants. Requests from students will be denied.

Request Adobe Software license

Service request for Adobe CC License(Faculty/Staff/Personal Devices)

  • Fill in the form displayed on your screen.
  • If you are a UTD Faculty/Staff, or Graduate Teaching Assistant, or Research Assistant, you will receive an email regarding your approved license.

Once Licensed, To Install Adobe

  • Navigate to Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Enter your NetID@utdallas.edu email address and select Continue.

  • You will be directed to the UT Dallas SSO webpage, sign in with your NetID and password.

  •  Download the Desktop applications of your choice to install them.
