Issue
Receiving error “Web Login Service - Stale Request” when accessing the Budgeting tile in Galaxy Gemini or other finance functions within Gemini.
Resolution
Step 1
Navigate to the Gemini for Departments homepage.
Step 2
Click the Financial Compliancetile.
- Stale Request message might appear.
Step 3
Click the link at the top-left of the page to go back to the Gemini for Departments homepage.
Step 4
Click the Budgeting or Finance tile you were initially trying to access. The page should now load as expected.
