Issue
Follow this procedure if you receive an error “Web Login Service - Stale Request” when accessing Orion functions within Galaxy.
Resolution
- Log in to Galaxy and navigate to the Gemini for Departments homepage.
- Click the Orion tile or Switch to Orion on the homepage.
- A new tab will open- disable your browser’s pop-up blocker if it doesn’t.
- The page will appear the same, but you will be in the Orion section of Galaxy.
- You may now navigate to your requested Orion page or function, which should load as expected.
