Submitting Timesheets (Student Worker)

Purpose

This article provides instructions to a student employee needing assistance submitting their time in Gemini.

Submitting Timesheets for Student Workers

  • Navigate to Galaxy and sign in with your UTD credentials.
  • Open the Gemini for Departments Home Page by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the Time tile.

  • Select Enter Time tile.

  • Fill in the time and click on Submit or Save for Later on the top right hand side.

    • In this instance, Friday is saved, and Wednesday is submitted and approved.
