How to Delete Old Calls in Microsoft Teams

Purpose

This article walks users through the steps needed to delete old/needless call history in MS Teams.

Procedure

For Desktop/Web Version

1. Go to the Calls tab on MS Teams.

2. In your Calls section under the "History", hover the cursor over the Call that you’d like to delete.
3. Click the Three dots icon (...) that appear on the right side. 

4. Click on Remove from view.

5. The call now is successfully removed from the call history.

For Mobile Application Version

1. Go to the Calls tab on MS Teams.

2. In your Calls section, select the History tab.

3. In your "History" tab, select the (i) icon option that appears on the right side on the call that you’d like to delete.

4. Select Remove.

5. The call now is successfully removed from the call history.
