Users can block specific external numbers in their Teams application with the following procedure:
Launch the Teams application, click Calls, then click History
Locate the specific call, then click on the ... icon and choose Block
Open the Calls section.
Tap on History
Locate the row for the unwanted call. Tap the “i” icon on the right side and then select Block number
