Altium License Issues

Troubleshoot

Please perform the basic troubleshooting steps below before reporting the issue.

  • Restart software
  • Verify active internet connection
  • Restart computer

Report Issue

  • Navigate to the Endpoint Software Support service page.
  • Select Report Issue on a UTD Device.
  • In the description, note the computer's location and asset number.
    • Include any error messages present. The most common error is "You are not using a valid license."
  • Click Submit Query.
    • Engineering Tech Support will coordinate with you to resolve the issue with Altium licensing.
