Please perform the basic troubleshooting steps below before reporting the issue.
Restart software
Verify active internet connection
Restart computer
Report Issue
Navigate to the
Endpoint Software Support
service page.
Select
Report Issue on a UTD Device
.
In the description, note the computer's
location
and
asset number
.
Include any error messages present. The most common error is "You are not using a valid license."
Click
Submit Query
