Hearform Issues

Purpose

This article defines the procedure for reporting issues with Hearform, an Office Management Software (OMS) focused on Audiology, utilized by the Callier Center.

Procedure

  1. Verify that restarting the computer does not resolve the issue.
  2. Navigate to the Endpoint Software Support service.
  3. Select the Report Issue on a UTD Device service offering.
  4. In the description, note the issue, any errors present (screenshots help), and the asset number of the device.
  5. Select Submit Query.

Callier Center technicians will reach out to resolve the issue.
