Mac:
Click the Apple icon in the upper left.
Select System Preferences. (or System Settings)
Choose the Sound icon.
Click the Input tab, and then select your headset dongle. (*If wired, headset name, (Changes save automatically))
Click the Output tab, and then select your headset. (*If wired, headset name, Changes save automatically))
Quit System Preferences. (or System Settings)
Windows:
Click the Start menu, search for the Sound Settings, then launch it.
Under Output select your headset dongle. (*If wired, headset name)
Under Input select your headset dongle. (*If wired, headset name)
Select Apply and then click OK to save your changes.
