Teams Voice Headset Update Process

Purpose

The article explains how to update your Plantronics Headset by installing the Poly Lens application on your computer.

Process

Mac

• Download the Poly Lens App from the Poly Support Website
• Open the download PolyLens.dmg
• In the Window that pops up, drag the Poly Lens app to the Applications folder.
• Launch the Poly Lens app from your Applications folder.

Windows (UTD Managed)

• Click on the Start menu, and search for Software Center.
• Launch Software Center.
• Click on Poly Lens.
• Click Install.

Windows (Personal)

• Download Poly Lens app from the Poly Support Website
• Open the download PolyLens.msi
• Run the installer and follow the prompts

Once the Poly Lens software has been installed on your computer, proceed with the following steps.

Poly / Plantronics Headset Firmware Updates

• Launch the Poly Lens software and select your Device.
• It will automatically check for any software updates.
• Install any available updates.
