Explanation
Your UTD-ID is one of the two unique identifiers associated with your UTD account - the other being your Net ID (abc123456). It will have ten digits starting with 20 or 40 (e.g., 2012345678). In contrast with your Net ID, which identifies you publicly, your UTD-ID is used primarily for identity verification as a replacement for your Social Security Number. For this reason, you should keep your UTD-ID private. Do not disclose your UTD-ID to anybody except for official UTD purposes.
