The article explains how to log into a Microsoft Teams Voice Desk Phone

Process

Starting with the desk phone plugged into ethernet, you should see the log-in screen. You can either login onthe deskphone or via a web browser.

1. Choose to Sign in on this device (Purple link at the bottom of the display)

2. Tap in the Email field


3. Enter your NetID@utdallas.edu, then tap Sign In


4. Enter your NetID password

Note: To access special characters on the onscreen keyboard, tap the ?123 on the bottom left of the keyboard.

5. Tap Sign In.
6. Duo will authenticate.

7. Successfully Signed-in screen is shown below:

 

To log in from a web browser navigate to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin and follow the prompts.
