Note:
Start with the desk phone plugged into Ethernet, you should see the log-in screen.
You can either log-in on a
web browser
or
directly on the device
.
Browser Log-in
Make sure the
device
is at the log-in screen, if not navigate to it.
Press
Refresh Code
on the sign-in screen.
A code will be displayed.
On your
PC (Browser)
, go to
Microsoft.com/DeviceLogin.
Enter
the code from the desk phone in the "Code" field and click
Next
.

Browser- Enter Code
Sign in
using your UTD credentials and you'll be logged into the device.
Device Login
Make sure the
device
is at the log-in screen, if not navigate to it.
Press
Sign in on this device
on the sign-in screen.
Enter your UTD email
(NetID@utdallas.edu)
then tap
Sign In
.
Enter your
NetID password

Sign In
.
Note:
To
access special characters
on the onscreen keyboard, tap the
?123
on the bottom left of the keyboard.
Authenticate with Duo.
You will then be logged into the device.
